I have been working with Jaydon for 9 months now. I came to him after watching Nedd Brockmann finish his 1600km run around a track. My previous longest run was a half marathon, and I came to him with 6 weeks notice that I wanted to turn that into a 60km run.

At no point in the prep did I ever feel underprepared. Jaydon is fully transparent and supportive of any goal I suggest to him. Since starting with Jaydon I have learnt so much about my bodies capabilities but have also learnt a lot about training and the importance of structure, injury prevention and fatigue management.

We had a a pretty huge task on our hands prepping for a 100km Run with 10 Weeks notice, but with Jaydon’s perfectly curated programming, the check ins, modifications & general accountability it turned from something I was very unsure of achieving to absolutely no doubt that we could get this done.

Even on the day itself, Jaydon supported me the whole way through one of the most physically demanding things I’ve ever done in my life, down to getting my supplements in when I needed them and even restricting when I didn’t.

I came to Jaydon with a big goal of completing a Half Marathon. I brought with me the lifestyle of a busy working Mum in a sedentary desk job, and some foot and ankle issues that flared whenever I increased my running volume.

I reached out to Jaydon to help me prep for my half marathon event which was Bay-to-Bay. Jaydon’s attention to detail and enthusiasm to help me achieve my goal was the best I have seen from a programming stand point.

Initially, I just wanted to complete the 21km as I’d never ran more than 12km straight (which didn’t even well due to lack of structure and preparedness on my end). As we progressed with the plan, I realised I should aim for a Sub 2-hour run. Jaydon took this on board and programmed effectively to ensure I was on track.

I managed to beat the 2-hour mark by almost 15min. I was stoked to say the least!

I couldn’t recommend Jaydon and his services any higher. If you are prepared to put in the work alongside his programming expertise, I’m certain you’ll achieve your goals.
