We’ll organise a time for a quick phone chat or an in-person visit into the gym to discuss your goals and program setup.
Receive Your Custom Program
Based on your questionnaire, you’ll get a fully personalised strength and conditioning program delivered through our training app.
In-Person Personal Training
Movement & Performance Assessment
You’ll complete an initial movement analysis to identify key focus areas. This may include force plate testing for detailed performance insights.
Stay Accountable with Weekly Check-Ins
You’ll receive weekly check-ins via the app to track progress, make adjustments, and keep you moving toward your goals.
Ongoing Program Updates & Feedback
Your coach will provide consistent updates, feedback, and refinements to ensure your training evolves with you.
In-Person Personal Training
Train Weekly at The Hybrid Headquarters
Your custom program is delivered and coached in person during a 1-hour session each week, right here at The Hybrid HQ.
Ongoing Progressions & Adjustments
Your program evolves with you. As you improve, I’ll make continual updates based on your performance data, feedback, and specific demands of your sport or goals.
